After canceling a harvesting job, the error log should list messages collected up to then #175

Currently when canceling a job after, say, 400 items were collected, there are no output log messages displayed.

desired: show messages collected up to the point of canceling the harvest job such that any issues can be investigated.

mhogeweg added the enhancement label
