Footer displacement

On one website I was using your tool on it seems to displace the footer to above wherever this programs toolbar was, except when at the top of the page, in that case the footer would just sit above the middle of the page. I'm not sure what's causing that, but simple bug that I'm sure is quite fixable.

I'm thinking you have it attached to the footer some how, because it sits like directly over the webpage's content/buttons when docking the toolbar in the bottom of the screen. I'm a noob/beginner web dev kid so, hope that helps.
