Application hang up when send commond to multiple Windows. #10198

Describe the problem:
The application experiences a freeze when commands are simultaneously transmitted to multiple Windows.

Version : 1.0.219、218

To Reproduce:

write some commond then Ctrl + Enter send to all window :

I can confirm it. On Windows, most of the time the first command goes through to all the open windows, but the second will definitely freeze Tabby.
