High Speed Maneuvering skill doesn't affect to Activation Cost attribute (MWD module).

Does not look like to much action here... I just started Eve after a 4 year break and I always used this tool. I program loads of C#. But I am not to fond of VB... Is anyone even occasionally looking at this source code ?

EveHQ didn't get updates to work with ESI. It's still expecting XML API.
Elinor should still work, but calculation may be off due to market changes
