별점 top5의 식당 이름을 반환하는 함수
모든 라우터에서 함수 호출하기
모든 라우터에서 랜더링 할 때, top5 인자로 전달

아냐 다른 아이디어가 떠올랐어..! 함수를 만들어주고 그걸 부르자
