Add {cursor: pointer} while hovering ‘menu down’ icon [.mdi-menu-down] that is visible inside ‘Copy Existing Below & Into’ modal, and in the ‘Prerequisites’ field

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any course structure
2. Click on the Competency item inside course structure
3. Click on the vertical-dots icon that is visible in the top-right corner of structure-container
4. Choose 'Copy Existing Below' or 'Copy Existing Into' action
5. Click on any of above mention action
6. Hover 'menu-down' icon --> Observe
7. Navigate back and hover the same icon in the 'Prerequisites' field --> Observe

Expected Behavior

Pointer should appear while hovering [.mdi-menu-down] icon.

Current Behavior

Pointer will not appear while hovering [.mdi-menu-down] icon.
