Feature request: add option to set format of album names/track names

I would like to configure the name of the files, as well as the name of the created folder.

Current state:

Folder:

%year% - %album%

File:

%artist% - %album% - %track% %title%.%extension%

I would like to set the format myself. Either via a .txt file that is passed via command line or directly via command line.

Is this something that could be done?
