회원가입, 로그인 api 요청 -> permitAll
이외의 모든 요청 -> authenticated
마이페이지(프로필 수정, 판매내역, 관심목록, 채팅목록) -> 권한있는 유저
상품 수정/삭제/상태변경, 상품 관련 채팅 목록-> 권한있는 유저
채팅방 접속 -> 권한있는 유저
