Only some Promethean boards will render some pages as displays

Describe the bug
Only some Promethean boards will render some pages as displays. We have 3 random promethean boards and some of them work fine with every display, but some of them will only render some pages. If it something simple to figure out and fix it might be worth it. -- if you want to tell me what data I need to provide on the working and not working boards let me know.

To Reproduce
Try to load any scoring timer or timing display and it won't load (but the inspection report page will)

Expected behavior
All scoring displays should work on commonly available hardware in schools

Only fix is if it's low cost to figure out and address, otherwise reject this issue.

Here's the "About" page from one of the Promethean boards used yesterday:

More details: Many of the pages from FTC Live work fine, such as the inspection status report and the like. It's the "Scoring/Timing Displays" link that doesn't work. Launching that link loads (something?) from the scoring system, but then displays a blank page. Refreshing the page on the Promethean shows the same behavior -- something "reloads", but the page output is a blank white screen.

My suspicion is that the scoring/timing display wants some DOM/Javascript/browser capability that the Promethean displays don't provide. I went through some of the options to make sure various javascript/other dynamic display features were enabled, but didn't find any that allowed that page to work.
