HLA class II prediction

Hi,
OptiType has been reported as one of the best performing tool for genotyping HLA Class I alleles, but unfortunately, OptiType does not type HLA Class II alleles, which may limit its clinical utility.
I wonder if it's just a matter of changing some parameters in OptiTypePipeline.py or is something different.
Do you plan a new release with HLA II Class prediction?

Very excited for this! @andras86 has recently responded in #51 that it will finally arrive soon, but I would love to hear a more detailed response with an estimated timeframe. I'm happy to use it as a pre-release if necessary but a timeframe would help me decide whether I can wait for Optitype or will need to use alternative programs.
