Hello,
I have been using Docker build of OptiType for my project, and am satisfied by its performance.
One concern is that it always use reference sequence & alleles in /data folder of the Docker image.

If I want to use latest HLA DNA sequences & alleles from http://hla.alleles.org/alleles/index.html,
is there a way to do this?

I thought about installing OptiType from source, but still needs alleles.h5, though (I don't know how to create this .h5 file).

Thank you!

In fact in its source code: hlatyper.py does provide the method to generate alleles.h5 by hla.dat from IMGT
def create_allele_dataframes(imgt_dat, fasta_gen, fasta_nuc): here is the method
