conda installation issue

Hello,

I installed optitype using the following command:
conda install -c bioconda optitype

No errors were reported. but it seems that the machine doesnt recognize the pacakge:

I executed:
which RazerS3
It didn’t return anything

I tried with python 2.7 and python 3.

What am I missing?

Hi Eila,

You can run which razers3 to see the RazerS3 installation. To run the pipeline itself, you can use OptiTypePipeline.py [options]
