Some files are not built with checked files #17

For example C.Compat.String.fst does not come with a checked file in the default everest build:

~/everest $ find | grep C.Comp
./karamel/krmllib/compat/C.Compat.String.fst
./karamel/krmllib/compat/C.Compat.Loops.fst
./karamel/krmllib/compat/C.Compat.Endianness.fst
./karamel/krmllib/compat/C.Compat.fst
./mitls-fstar/src/tls/extract/Karamel/C_Compat_Loops.krml
./mitls-fstar/src/tls/cache/Karamel/C.Compat.Loops.fst.checked
./mitls-fstar/src/tls/cache/Model/C.Compat.Loops.fst.checked

Even worse, there are two files with the name C.Loops.fst..
