Evilcraft blood cannot be placed in the Nether, it is evaporating as soon as you try and place it from a bucket
Steps to reproduce
Get a bucket of Evilcraft blood
Attempt to place it into the world
It will evaporate instantly as if it were trying to place water in the Nether
Expected behaviour
It should place an Evilcraft Blood source block, which will eventually harden into a Hardened Blood Block
Screenshots
No response
Additional information
This means there is (as far as I know) no way to create Evilcraft Hardened Blood Blocks. This locks you out of using Bloody Bees, which require those blocks to flower and produce combs. This breaks one of the Productive Bee questlines as well because Bloody Combs are required before the Life Essence Combs.
This used to work as intended in a previous version of the modpack. I found videos on Youtube of FTB Inferno Lets Plays to see how they solved the problem and they were just able to place the Blood into the world and let it harden into Blood Blocks over time.
