Describe the bug

When trying to modify a shovel within the tetra bench and you click either the 'Head' or 'Handle' section, it does not allow you to modify either of those.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Tetra Workbench
2. Place shovel inside workbench
3. click 'handle' or 'head' section
4. options do not appear

Expected behaviour

Allow you to modify the tools like with the axe or pickaxe

Image below shows what happens when you click 'Head' on a double sided tool( axe, pickaxe,etc..) this feature works fine for swords aswell.

Looks like this may be a conflict of some sort between tetra and another mod.
mickelus/tetra#801

This apparently is a conflict between the apotheosis adventure module and tetra, disabling the adventure module supposedly resolves the issue
