Describe the bug

There are two different outputs for the Flint Axe recipe (three flint and two wood sticks). The recipe defaults to the Pickle Tweaks output and there is no way to change to the GregTech output.

The "You can have the wood" quest requires the GregTech Flint Axe to complete, making the quest impossible to complete.

Steps to reproduce

1. Get three Flint and two Sticks.
2. Place in crafting table in this configuration:
   
3. Collect output.
4. Check Questbook for "You can have the wood" quest completion.

Expected behaviour

Expected GregTech Flint Axe output not Pickle Tweaks Flint Axe Output.

I wasn't able to reproduce this In Dev.

Not sure what's happening with your instance.

I just downloaded a fresh copy of this Pack from FTB App.

I have the exact same issue. CTLog below.
