Describe the bug

Actual issue: any small clumps from Oritech (for example "Small Iron Clump") can be crafted into a Oritech clump, as per which small clump you use (to continue, 9 x Small Iron Clump -> 1 x Iron Clump from Oritech). The actual issue with this being that there doesn't seem to be a way to process the normal sized Iron Clump.

I just update the pack in the place, in the ftb app. Saw in the changelog a mention about some of this, so I suspect the recipes either didn't get set properly, or there was some sort of merging issue during the update process.

Part of the evidence I am using for this line of thinking is the existence of an Iron Clump from FTB Materials, which seems to be integrated with other parts of Oritech, and it looks like the earlier recipe is supposed to yield a clump from FTB Materials and not Oritech.

Steps to reproduce

1. Look for uses for Small Iron Clump in JEI.
2. Find the recipe for 9x of those to be turned into an Iron Clump for Oritech.
3. Look for uses for that item (the Iron Clump from Oritech) (note: the item does not appear in JEI).

At this point, nothing was happening, as in, no uses for the Iron Clump from Oritech came up.

Further note: this may be caused by playing in a world that was made in a previous version of the pack. This could be related to the issue.

Expected behaviour

One of 2 things: for there to be a use to turn an Oritech Iron Clump into iron, or for the item to be "replaced" by the Iron Clump from FTB Materials.
