Describe the bug

When I added a amethyst tip to my pickaxe it still delivers the raw ore instead of the block itself.

Steps to reproduce

assemble a pick axe with a silent gear blueprint, make an amethyst tip, combine with pickaxe. break any ore block an it drops raw ore.
