Experience doesn't correctly carry between team dimensions

Unsure if this mod is responsible, but it seemed likely as this is what handles the custom dimensions.

On version 1.4.3 of the pack, when traveling from someone else's team dimension back to your own with /ftbstoneblock home, your experience does not carry over, leaving you with none in your own dimension.
