launchwrapper json lists wrong repository for net.minecraft:launchwrapper

The launchwrapper json, available here, lists that net.minecraft:launchwrapper:1.12 is available on maven.fabricmc.net. It is not, but it is available at libraries.minecraft.net. It seems this started in 0.15.0. launchwrapper.json files for previous fabric verisons do not list an URL for launchwrapper

Good spot, the URL shouldnt be listed for LW. The code that generates these jsons is here: https://github.com/FabricMC/fabric-loader/blob/master/gradle/installer-json.gradle#L69

are these jsons "set in stone" per version, or can they be retroactively fixed?
