Automatically retry clients on server shutdown/crash

I'm sure everyone knows the classic

I feel like it shouldn't be too hard making this automatically retry the user after a set time, or even automatically query the server if it's up and ready yet. Should of course be configurable by the user if they want to be auto reconnected (convar/options menu) but i think the majority of users would prefer this.
