Add bicubic filtering to lightmaps like Half Life 2 in the anniversary update #2538

Details

bicubic filtering is very useful because blurs the lightmaps making shadows mode soft and not so sharp edge/blockly.
Also if possible ad an option to the menu to enable/disable this feature.

here is an example:
