I think this is the end of the software (udeler) .... very frustated.... mostly, for me, need to watch the video offline. |
I ended up just downloading Bluestack Android Emulator and downloaded a bunch of my courses there. While It's not Udeler like at least it saves data. |
And can you download it locally to the computer? |
You can, but only viewable on the udemy mobile app. You you can't really
copy the videos or anything like that.

I have reason to believe this is why people can't download certain courses, this was updated 3 days ago by Udemy.
"Out of concerns for piracy, by default, courses are not available for download on a computer. If instructors wish, however, they can enable the downloading feature, so lectures can be downloaded for offline viewing on a computer. "
