v14: Click features, Various improvements

This release is for GNOME 45+ only.

New click features:

• click on active workspace to trigger overview (Overview when clicking on an empty workspace #57, New click features #63)
• click on focused application to minimize it (Double click to minimize #60, New click features #63)

Various improvements:

• ignore application using regular expressions (regex) (Ignore applications by regex #54, evaulate ignore strings for regex #55)
• add "hide GNOME default workspace indicator" toggle (Hide GNOME default activities button  #58, Hide activities button (default GNOME workspace indicator) #64)

Refactor:

• CSS refactor (renamed variables and classes) (CSS issues #59, CSS refactor #65)
• improve install script (Add $BASE_PATH variable in install.sh #66)
• improve ignored windows (tooltips, popovers, dialogs, ...) detection (Window not displayed as focused when tooltips are there #61, fix(extension): improve ignored windows detection (#61) #67)
• improve limit icons mechanism (both on workspaces indicator and "ALL" monitor indicator)
