[FEATURE]: Re-executing job

The current implementation of the plugin does not allow for the re-execution of jobs for specific entries or the addition of entry rules for skipping in the job. This limitation poses challenges when it comes to handling certain records in the collection type.

I would like to propose an enhancement to the plugin that enables the re-execution of jobs for specific entries (update translated entries with new values from the translation service) and the ability to add entry rules for skipping. This would provide greater flexibility and control over the execution of jobs, allowing for a more tailored and efficient workflow.

Is it possible in the future? Do you have plans for that?
