packages list contextual default

The command packages list will default to the package manager type apt if not provided one or more types. It would be cool if the default was dynamic, based on the Docker image it's checking. A Debian based image would default to Apt, a Red Hat based image would default to rpm. If the image type is unknown, then don't default to anything.
