Hello, @MKrabs!
It's kinda hard for us to deploy a new version on old gnome versions (<= 44).
I will take a look what can be done, and work on a fix for this to be available at the branch gnome-44 🚀
I will post my updates here as soon as I get to work on it! 💯

Hi,
Thank you for looking into it, if you have time. Wouldn't it make sense to also maintain the latest gnome version for Ubuntu LTS? (Now I wonder how many features I'm missing out on) 😛

I don't know if it's possible to keep updating the extension for old Gnome (<= 44). 🤔
I mean, we made a big change over the Gnome Extension after the Gnome 45: #12

Since this update, we stopped maintaining the <= 44 versions of Gnome.
I don't know if we can still keep both versions.
I just sent a message to Gnome extension maintainers to help me with those questions! 🎉

I will get you updated as soon as I get some reply.
Here is the message I sent to maintainers:

Hello folks!
@JustPerfection Is it possible to have the updates from Gnome 45+ running into the oldest versions of Gnome?
I mean, I have some users asking for the new updates on older versions of Gnome (<= 44).
Considering the ECMAScript breaking changes from 44 to 45, I don't know if that's actually possible...
If it's not, is that possible for me to keep updating the versions from old gnome / new gnome separately? Like, creating releases only for the older version, and another release for the newest one? How this would affect the tags?
In case none of these options are available, I could update the git branch of the gnome-44 extensions version and make the user install it manually.
Thanks! 👍️
