• Weekly progress updates are shared with stakeholders every Friday/Saturday/Sunday, including:
  • Completed tasks/progress.
  • Upcoming milestones.
  • Identified risks and mitigation strategies.
• A dedicated GH discussion is created for updates.

Why Important

Regular updates ensure transparency, keep stakeholders aligned, and help identify potential bottlenecks early. This ensures that all parties are informed and prepared for the launch of PDP.

User/Customer

• Project stakeholders (Onboarders, PDP Miners, Clients, etc.) receiving updates.
• Internal teams involved in PDP development.

I think posting it as a discussion in this repo will be a little too narrow for what we want (i.e., a bit of marketing about PDP and technical updates), so I have been considering if we should post in https://github.com/filecoin-project/community/discussions. Will discuss it with the PDP-team in the sync on 2025-01-30
