From what I can tell, it almost all works in the Link Arena (including skills like Loyalty that work based on unit position). However, when units are added to the link arena, they have 0 Magic regardless to what the stat is set to. It still uses the magic stat for magic weapons, and still shows the stat and stat cap bar in Unit Info (just with the value 0), it seems that it just doesn't store the Magic value from the save file when it loads the units up in the Link Arena.
I'm hoping it's an easy fix, I'm just not familiar enough with it to give it a go.
