Twitter Bot Project Planning

Define the team

• Who will work on the project?
• What are a team member’s responsibilities?
• How will the team communicate?

Define the requirements

• What do we want this bot to do?
• When do we want it to be finished?
• When does a contributor need to do for their PR to be accepted?

Define the work

• How will we track issues/task?
• How will issues/tasks be created?
• How many people will work on a single task?

The purpose of this is to agree upon how things will work while we build

I suppose a separate repository for the bot will solve most of the issues.

Define the team

• Any one of the persons currently involved in the discussion can create the repository in this organisation, and write the initial code. Others can contribute to the repo. It will be open source after all. We will have set issues and PR templates.
• One of the persons will need to be responsible to maintain the hosting, etc. I can't think of anything else.
• The discord channel, and various Github features

Define the work

• Github
• Github, with proper templates
• Depends on the size of work. Some stuff can be worked together over Discord call or a stream as well.

Good point about the PR templates. That's something we'll have to figure out before people start submitting PRs. I added this under "define the requirements":
