[Feature Request] Implement Self-Hosted DNS Functionality in FlashPanel

Description:
We are planning to introduce a self-hosted DNS feature in FlashPanel to allow users to manage their DNS records directly from the panel. This feature will provide greater flexibility and control over domain management, especially for users who prefer to host their own DNS servers.

Objectives:

• Allow users to add, edit, and delete DNS records (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, etc.) directly from FlashPanel.
• Support for multiple domains and subdomains.
• Provide an intuitive and user-friendly interface for managing DNS settings.
• Ensure compatibility with popular DNS server software (e.g., BIND, PowerDNS).
• Implement secure communication between FlashPanel and the DNS server (e.g., via API or SSH).
