To do this task, I would

Create a README File: Add a README.md file under the respective directory, such as erc_7683_cross_chain_intents and erc_7765_rwa_integration.

Content: Include descriptions and syntax changes for Cairo of the respective ERCs. Replicate or paraphrase content from the related EIPs while ensuring readability.

Structure: The README should be divided into sections:

Introduction: A brief description of the ERCs.

Specification: Important components and syntax changes for Cairo.

References: Link to the EIPs for further insights.
Commit and Push: Commit the changes with a description message in csharp
