UPDATE: In current versions of RemafoX, this shouldn't be an issue anymore. But here's the old answer (if things do go wrong):

It's true, in the current version RemafoX is assuming that the scanned folder during first setup contains the .xcodeproj file and therefore suggests to save the config file in this folders root. Due to this assumption, it's best to move the .remafox config file to the same folder as the .xcodeproj file and keep the build script as is. When you do this, note these two points:

  1. After moving the file to a different path, make sure to reopen the config file with RemafoX so it recognizes the new path (which happens automatically on open).
