Where to put .remafox config file when my .xcodeproj is not in the root?

In the OpenFocusTimer project, where I apply PointFree's modularization approach, the OpenFocusTimer.xcodeproj file does not lie in the root of my repository. But when setting up the project in RemafoX I selected the root folder as I was asked to, but now the OpenFocusTimer.remafox config file is lying in a different folder than the .xcodeproj file and the Build Script seems to expect that they lie in the same folder, so it can't find the config file properly and the script fails.

What should I do? Should I move the config file into the same folder as the .xcodeproj file? Or should I adjust the Build Script to point to the correct config file by appending ../ in front of the config file paths?

UPDATE: In current versions of RemafoX, this shouldn't be an issue anymore. But here's the old answer (if things do go wrong):

It's true, in the current version RemafoX is assuming that the scanned folder during first setup contains the .xcodeproj file and therefore suggests to save the config file in this folders root. Due to this assumption, it's best to move the .remafox config file to the same folder as the .xcodeproj file and keep the build script as is. When you do this, note these two points:

1. After moving the file to a different path, make sure to reopen the config file with RemafoX so it recognizes the new path (which happens automatically on open).
2. Adjust all search paths appropriately, as they are all relative to the config files enclosing folder. You can use ../ or ../../ where needed to move one or multiple folders up.
