'Submit' button in Config OTP Menu doesn't work

For a month now I have been unable to connect my Peugeot E-208 correctly.

I can read all the values, but I cannot control my climate control.
When I reconnect the car, I can log in to 'User Config' from the PSA car controller. The problem is that the Config OTP menu does not work for me. I click on send SMS and receive an SMS code. Then enter my correct PIN code from the Peugeot APP. Then I cannot press the 'Submit' button. As soon as I click on that, nothing happens...

Can anyone help me?
