Description

The DBv2 file widget has a default file size of 1mb

https://github.com/FlowFuse/node-red-dashboard/blob/a0c4941eaea1b0b2a262176e3e43d402aa76d29b/nodes/widgets/ui_file_input.js#L21-L22

This can be changed in settings.js file.

We set a default 5mb http payload size for Node-RED in FF, but also allow it to be changed in the Instance settings.

We should use the same value for the DBv2
