Current Behavior

In cases where an outage has occurred between instance and device, duplicate messages have been noted by myself and a customer

Should only ever receive 1 call from link-call

Since implementing QoS2 throughout the chain, I have not seen any further occurrence.

For now, the additional "potential" task on this issue should be moved to the backlog (or closed off)
