Implement a flutter screen that looks exactly like the screenshot below.

Acceptance criteria

  • The design implementation should look pixel perfect to what is provided in the design
  • Internalization should be done
  • The design should be able to scale appropriately based on any portrait design.
  • There should be no static value in the implementation
  • Reuse code as most as possible
