feat: Implement Paypal Payment Method

Description:
Want to add PayPal as an additional option for our users. This will allow users who prefer to use PayPal to easily make payments within the app.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Users should be able to select PayPal as a payment option at checkout
• The app should securely collect and transmit the user's PayPal information to complete the transaction
• The app should display a confirmation of the successful payment
• The app should handle and display any error messages related to the PayPal transaction
• The app should provide a way for users to switch to a different payment method if desired
