Can we change the default hotkey settings?

Is there a way to modify the default hotkey settings to custom ones?

This extension constantly changes the hotkeys that I typically use to something else. Is it possible to turn off this auto change? if not, is there a way to change the hotkeys that gets changed?

Look at the 4 changebinding calls in the enable function in extension.js
Are those the ones you're talking about?
