404 on some Modules

CS1A (Java) Week 1B sections 3-5 are 404'd.

I am aware of this. CS 2A 1B.3-4 are also 404s. Teachers who use Loceff's modules modified these sections and hosted them directly on Canvas instead of linking to Loceff's hosting, and I was not able to find the original sections by guesswork. They are minor sections related to grading policy, and their omission should not be detrimental to anyone seeking this as review or study material.

The correct thing to do would be to remove the buttons for these sections, but I would also have to add additional checks for the prev/next buttons and I'm lazy. 😛

This index only hotlinks Loceff's hosting, which may move or be taken down in the future as teachers transition to Canvas hosting. I do not intend to site rip Loceff's hosting.
