This breaks deployment in some environments (e.g. CentOS 6.9). See sass/sassc#227

We didn't think it would cause any issues and wasn't viewed as that risky a thang. Have you resolved it?

This also breaks compatibility with jruby beacause of C extensions

This is how we've resolved it for now.

gem "font-awesome-sass", "< 5.0.13"

Downgrade font-awesome-sass gem to 5.0.13

Newer versions fail to deploy on CentOS 6+. See
FortAwesome/font-awesome-sass#157.
