Some Ghost windows (and fancy chat) are broken in 515

Reproduction:

Update B.Y.O.N.D. to 515. Observe. Try to open the Observe or Ghost Role Spawners menu. A white box will pop up, then close itself. In addition, trying to fix-chat will result in it whiting out, unless you revert to old U.I..
