Migration: Table (Component by component)

Overview

Generally we have 2 types of table: regular, slanted

Acceptance criteria

• Replace component and templates with cdk structure
• Replace with new if/for syntaxes? In case if that part fully rewritten?
• Migrate styles
• Remove p-table
• Test

If there are some fancy features which are hard/boring to support at first, we might disable them (at least temporarily);
