Getting the nodeIds from custom uamethods

Hi folks,
Is there a way to get the nodeIds associated with a custom @uamethod ?
For example:

@uamethod
def custom_sum(parent, x):
    function_nodeid = parent.nodeid  # ?
    param_nodeid = x.nodeid  # ?
    return

you could browse the parent for its child?

parent.to_string() and parent.nodeid is all I needed. Thanks!
