Currently, even if the capitals option is selected, it is not possible to enter the givenname and district in capitals. In order to follow the TWYS rule transcribers have to post-edit the file produced in order to follow the letter case in these fields. Some method is required to overcome this.

If it was fixed in 1.0.7 (as per issue #19) it has resurfaced in 1.0.9.
I believe that the principle should be that whatever "help" the software gives transcribers by why of adjusting the font style, there should be a way to enter data without it being changed. We don't know all the formats that transcribers will find so to enforce particular formats, without a a "no change" option, is always going to be a problem in some circumstances.
