I can do it, but we need agreement on which form to use in both places. 'Mother's Surname' isn't that helpful: most women changed their surname when they married. Mother's Maiden Name is more accurate. If we don't like that form, I would suggest 'Mother's Birth Surname' which is clumsy but precise. ;-)

Let’s keep it consistent where ever it appears. Mother’s maiden name is fine. It’s confusing to have it read mother’s surname on one page and maiden name on another page.

OK, implemented. It's "Mother's Maiden Name". This also applies on the search form so I have changed it there too. Branch is fb_605_rbl - @Vino-S please merge it into test3.
