Remove link underline from Nav bar links #158

Global settings place underline on link-hover. This needs to be removed from the nav bar links (plus dropdown links) as there is a solid bottom-border on hover (which we want to keep)

I have removed the regular underline from the Nav hover states. It still does the animation that involves a line.
