Survey those who have signed up but not done anything

As part of our drive to find out why people sign up but don't start as a transcriber- looking to send a short survey to them. Coordination story #254 relates

And as a matter of interest, I invite everyone who registers to join the transcribers group.But many do not. This is the list of those during the last month.

Remember that not every transcriber uploads their own files, but asks their SC to do it. This is sometimes for checking purposes or they are not happy using WinReg or in creating the headers. This will create UserIDs where the transcriber has not uploaded, but the SC should have uploaded into the transcribers UserID.

It will definitely be interesting to find out why they do not transcribe.

We did do the survey, and I'm doing some more work on the feedback at the moment

Vino created the list from the rake task and I sent the survey out. The main issue we can do something about was people 'falling through the net' (they weren't contacted by us after signing up). This is (or can be) addressed by the new comms system, and moving training to online/automated, which is on the board.

I don't think this should be closed unless we create a story to repeat the rake task and survey at a later date.
