PREREQUISITES.md

I am using kali linux and successfully installed the build system. Here I just copied some packages which need to
be installed for debian and most of the stuff was already there. The missing stuff I installed and it quite went well.
Maybe I needed to look for a missing library but all was resolved by just using apt search and apt install.
