Model Directory

Messing with this on an older project that's too large to upgrade to symfony 2.x. or 3.x The model files using this are generated in classes/lib/model instead of lib/model. I've checked propel.ini endlessly, is there something else that needs to be changed to generate model files where symfony expects them to be?

I can fix using a symlink or messing with autoloading, but would rather figure out what's going on here.
